The question is what’s so special about those who are happy and cheerful during the winter season?

The main thing is that those people are taking a positive outlook on life, not a bunch of Xenax or Prozac to lift their moods up, you need to understand that the more positive your outlook, the easier it’ll be to manage things in your life.

Communication is the thing that should be on your TO-DO list since it necessitates all forms of feelings and emotions, the more you communicate or let your feelings out the better you’ll feel at the end to the day.
